I started Number Crunchers® Accounting Inc.  because many small business owners I talked to just didn't get numbers, and really hated having anything to do with them and the paperwork just drove them nuts!  Then they would get one of those love letters in the little brown envelope from the Revenue Canada Agency and freak right out!  They froze and just did not know what to do.

So, Who is Behind Number Crunchers®?

So, who is behind Number Crunchers®?   Well, pretty much all the competition, but I digress!

There's me Randall Orser.  I am the owner, at least I keep telling myself that. While I was still in high school, I was fortunate enough to know that I had a strong desire to work with numbers, lord knows it would never have been modelling!      So I started a career in Accounting.

I took the plunge to become a small business owner in the 90's after working in various industries and realizing that my passion to help unlock the secrets in books extended to my entrepreneurial spirit as well. Over time I came to understand that most small business owners are driven to pursue their own visions and passions and that keeping books is indeed not a normal part of that process for them.  My success lies in empowering my clients to make the right financial decisions to move their business forward by allowing them to focus on growing their business and reaching their goals.

My No.1 is Robin de Ridder, Senior Bookkeeper.  Robin has over 10 years experience working in the tax and bookkeeping industry and brings this wealth of knowledge to Number Crunchers® and our clients.  Robin has a nose for numbers and sniffing out those deductions that you might not have thought about.  Having worked for one of the biggest tax preparation companies (where he also trained new preparers) he can definitely help you with your tax return.  In addition, he knows what it is like to run a small businesses he ended up taking over a security company from his boss and worked that for three years before deciding that security was just not his bag.

Keeping us sane and organized is Pamela Curran, our administrator.  Pamela comes from a very successful career in the private liquor industry.  Her attention to detail and customer service focus will make her a great first contact for our business.  Her marketing and social media skills will definitely help Number Crunchers® to grow, and help many more small businesses.
